Winners Of The Safaricom Sports Personality Of The Year (SOYA) Awards 2015

Last week I was at the Safaricom SOYA (Sports Personality of The Year) event at KICC to celebrate Kenya’s best ambassadors – our sports men and women. It felt good to be in the presence of all those stars and my patriotism was hitting the roof! The event was generally well organized except for the fact that it started almost 2 hours late. That saw me in CBD past midnight and driving around in the Nairobi nights is not something I’m keen on as yet.

All in all the message of the evening was not diluted and there were lots of happy faces in the room.

Here are the winners.
