For example we recently extended our maternity leave to be 4 months which has been a boost to employees’ career productivity especially the young mothers who face challenges in balancing their career and family life,” says Irene Mwathi, P&G’s Communications Manager.

The Award ceremony for P&G and other recognized companies will be held on September 2016.
