Be Part Of The Celebration of Africa With Canon

 

When it comes to imaging solutions, Canon is certainly up there at the top. Chances are you own, or have had someone take photos of you using a Canon Camera. Canon last week launched a new range of consumer products including the powerful EOS 5D Mark IV camera in the region. The company also launched products in the printer range, including the TS 9040 –  a compact and fully featured colour photo printer, scanner and copier.

At the same time, in celebration of Africa and the beauty that lies within it, Canon has launched a campaign dubbed ‘Celebrate Africa’. The campaign is meant to encourage people to share beautiful photos of the African continent with its rich history and culture and diverse people.

The Celebrate Africa campaign is not just or professional photographers but rather for people from all walks of life who have a story to tell and can tell it in photos. The competition which started on 7^th February 2017 and will run till April 2017 will be conducted online and will have photos submitted under three categories; people of Africa, Africa’s Citylife and Africa’s landscape and wildlife.
