Last evening at a beautiful party held at Sankara Hotel rooftop, we welcomed the introduction of Moet Nectar Imperial, a delicious addition to the Moet Chandon family.

True to Moet style, the event was full of colourful, with a lot of who is who in the city.  Other than Moet Nector Imperial, Moet & Chandon itself is not new, having been founded in 1743. It is responsible for introducing the premium drink that is Champagne to the world.

Moet Nectar Imperial stays true to the Moet style in terms of elegance and class. It comes in yellow/gold colour and flavours of tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, cinnamon and sweet spice. The assemblage of Moët Nectar Impérial is built upon the structure of Pinot Noir (40 to 50%), the flesh of Meunier (30 to 40%) and the freshness of Chardonnay (10 to 20%). The use of 20 to 30% of carefully selected reserve wines completes the assemblage and enhances its intensity, richness and consistency.

“Friendship, sharing and generosity are part of Moët’s values and spirit. Moët & Chandon is about connecting people around the world, forging strong relationships. As we celebrate the introduction of Moët Nectar in Kenya, we wanted to celebrate our Kings and Queens of Moët Nectar as the new “Friends of Moët” as well as encouraging all life enthusiasts to seize each moment and celebrate achievements as they happen. Life is full of big occasions, but it’s the little ones that make us feel good every day of the year. Today on the Moët Party Day we celebrate them all, we make them all become a #MoetMoment” said Alexandre Helaine, Market Manager Moët Hennessy Eastern Africa.

Moet & Chandon are also recognizing people who have excelled in their fields and crowning them kings and queens of Moet Nector. Some of the kings and queens who have been crowned are Olive Gachara, Pinky Ghelani, and Dr. Chris Kirubi, Ali Oumarou. Moet & Chandon have also since 2016 been holding Party day and it is quite a success. The 2016 one was held in 45 countries and this year, over 80 countries were part of the party day. This year’s also ushered in Moet Nectar.
