Jumia Partners With Samsung, l’Oreal & Adidas for Brand Festival

Africa’s leading e-commerce platform, Jumia has launched a Brand Festival Campaign in partnership with top brands such Samsung, Adidas, Bruhm, Pernod Ricard and L’Oreal (Maybelline and Garnier).

The campaign which is scheduled to run from September 24th to October 10th, will provide consumers access to top quality products directly from the manufacturers, thereby reducing the cost of the products, which will enable them to save more money.

“A growing number of leading domestic & international brands sell on Jumia directly, via Official Stores. Customers can easily identify these products with the tag on the website. This gives customers total peace of mind – and confidence in the quality of the products they purchase on Jumia. Through this Brand Festival campaign, we seek to raise awareness of the various brands we work with”

Jumia CEO Sam Chappatte

E-commerce platforms like Jumia continue to transform everyday-life with more people opting for online deliveries for their essentials. Jumia enables consumers to access thousands of brands at the best prices while opening up the platform for sellers to grow their businesses.

Mr Chappatte’s sentiments were echoed by Sacre Serge, Managing Director – L’Oréal East Africa who noted that, “E-commerce is a high growth channel for our business and represents a significant share of our growth. We at l’Oreal believe that technology is at the heart of our approach to Beauty, from research to production, from distribution to communicating with our consumers and we are excited to work together with Jumia teams across Africa.”

Why shop during the Brands Festival? Jumia is the Home of Brands and has a curated selection of international and local brands – at great prices. These products are either sold directly by the brands, or by authorized distributors
