Fragomen appoints Willys Mac’Olale as Kenya’s new Immigration Director

Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, announces that Willys Mac’Olale has been promoted to Immigration Director for Kenya.

Willys, who previously served as Senior Manager Kenya, will now oversee the collaboration with multinational corporations to ensure a seamless cross-border experience. He will be responsible for the management of the East African team, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery of end-to-end immigration solutions, compliance advice, and government strategies to a wide range of clients.

Willys has worked in the immigration sector for 19 years. He has extensive experience in leadership, strategy, client relations and communications.  He joined Fragomen Kenya in 2014 as a Senior Immigration Consultant after serving for over 10 years as a civil servant in the Kenyan government. During his government service, Willys held a number of progressive immigration officer roles, gaining a wide range of experience through a variety of immigration and border control assignments. Willys then worked as a Manager at a Big Four firm for five years before rejoining Fragomen Kenya as a Senior Immigration Manager in July 2021.
