DTB Opens New Branches In Kiambu And Nairobi In Its Rapid Expansion Drive

As part of its expansion efforts aimed at bringing its range of products and services closer to customers, Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) has announced the opening of three new branches in Baba Dogo, Kijabe Street, and Kiambu town. The launch of these branches brings DTB’s branch network to a total of 70 branches in Kenya and 138 across East Africa. The move is in line with the bank’s strategic roadmap, which prioritizes providing quality customer service and easy accessibility to its diverse product portfolio.

DTB Group CEO Nasim Devji expressed her delight at the opening of the new branches, stating that they would offer a more convenient banking experience to SME and retail customers. The new locations will cater to traders, farmers, business owners, and retailers and will provide a wide range of innovative products and services, including personal and business accounts, loans, mortgages, supply chain financing, cards, and investment options. Customers will also be able to perform banking transactions through the bank’s digital channels while receiving personalized service at the branch locations.

Last year, DTB opened six branches across Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kiambu counties, further highlighting the bank’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. DTB continues to prioritize its customers through its growing branch network by offering innovative banking solutions for both individuals and businesses.
