Stanbic Bank and Alfa Romeo Sponsor 52nd Concours d’Elegance Event

Stanbic Bank Kenya and the Alfa Romeo Owner’s Club have today announced a sponsorship agreement for the 52nd Concours d’Elegance event set to be held on Sunday 29th September at the Ngong Racecourse, Nairobi.

The event, which is dubbed the classiest event in Kenya’s Motorsport calendar, is expected to attract over 10,000 motoring enthusiasts. 70 classic and vintage cars and 40 motorcycles will go through a judging process, with 3 overall winners for both categories. This year’s entrants are drawn from various countries including Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Zimbabwe.

The Concours has Africa continental status for cars and motorcycles and has been an FIM-Africa recognised and sanctioned event since 2006. In addition to the assessment of the classic and vintage cars and motorcycles, Africa Concours d’Elegance will also include an Auto Expo where select dealers will showcase their new line of vehicles and products.

As part of the experience, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with and access the Bank’s vehicle asset financing solutions, with beneficial features such as a zero-processing fee.
