In her first year in the PR industry having just made a transition from Marketing to PR, Brenda’s work with Jambojet garnered her not just one, but three prestigious awards.

As a New Media Specialist taking the digital space by storm, she is working with corporates to build their digital presence and impact audiences which has seen her bag 2 awards at this year’s Africa SABRE Awards including Best Marketing to Consumers (Existing Product) campaign and Best Travel and Leisure campaign. She also bagged the 2nd runners up award for the New Media PR campaign of the year at the PRSK Awards 2023 with EBCW.

What drives Brenda? Her relentless tenacity and desire to change the narrative and leave a legacy in all that she endeavours led her delve into unchartered waters and excel, blossoming into the digital expert she is today. A champion for Ending period poverty, she has previously rallied friends to raise funds for sanitary towel drives and donate to needy schools. She is also a social justice enthusiast, who volunteers for an organization dubbed Tribless Youth offering digital skills for social justice aimed at tackling tribal issues in the society today.
