Agilitee Appoints Jeff Greene to Board, Strengthening EV Strategy

Agilitee has announced the appointment of Mr Jeff Greene to its Board of Directors effective today.

Agilitee is strengthening its commitment to building shareholder value, with the appointment of Jeff Greene  to the Board of Directors. Jeff’s extensive background, including his current leadership role at Wisconsin battery company, will bolster Agilitee’s production strategy amid rising demand for electric vehicles. “Jeff’s experience is a strong asset as we expand our production capabilities,” said Agilitee CEO, Dr. Mandla Lamba.

Jeff Greene is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in financial services, energy, and business development. He is the founder and CEO of Wisconsin battery company, a battery manufacturing company that is based in the U.S. before that, he was CEO of Greene’s Reserve. He grew the company from inception to a big player that established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and achieved nationwide distribution. With expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, Jeff has a proven track record of driving innovation and profitability. His career highlights include leading energy infrastructure projects, securing multimillion-dollar grants, and spearheading legislative initiatives. Known for his vision and results-oriented approach, Jeff excels at building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth across diverse industries.

Agilitee recently closed $450 million funding from the United States, after which the company also announced coming changes to its board and the relocation of its operations to the United States of America. Agilitee continues to play a leading role in Africa as the continent is slowly moving towards e-mobility.
