Samsung has not divulged much about the upcoming device but there are certainly a few rumours here and there about what is coming. There is talk of unprecedented power and stunning design plus great leaps in AI and photography. What we are looking at is a device that will push boundaries further from where its predecessors left.
What could Samsung possibly have up its sleeve for the next flagship smartphone? Here is what we have heard so far.
A beautifully designed device
Samsung has always been a beast at visuals even in its television department and the upcoming device will be no exception. Users can expect a high-quality user experience with a smooth screen with brighter and more vibrant colours. We are looking at a fast refresh rate for a lag free journey even for the heaviest of users.
A Leap in Performance and AI
Samsung has been exploring and advancing AI across its products since the technology came about and for the last few launches, the company has gone all out. The upcoming device is no exception, promising speed, efficiency, storage and other enhanced features for gamers, streamers, people seeking superior productivity, and not forgetting photographers both novice and professional.

Samsung phone cameras need no introduction in terms of professional features. In the upcoming device, users can look forward to an upgrade of what they already know and love, with lenses that will capture not only stunning landscapes, but also night photos, true to colour portraits and very high resolutions in video. Add AI integration to that and you have a dream camera at the palm of your hands.

Sustainability is now becoming everyone’s responsibility and one of the easiest ways to contribute to a greener earth as an individual is to purchase sustainably produced products. We do not know yet how many sustainability features have been incorporated in the new manufacture but based on past policies and efforts by Samsung, we can almost be sure to have energy-efficient components, eco-friendly packaging and use of recycled and further recyclable materials. This is one area we will be taking a deep look at when the device finally lands on our desk for review.
I’m beyond excited for the upcoming launch since Samsung is easily one of my favourite brands both for home electronics and phones.
