These platforms provide women with opportunities to collaborate, share resources, and mentor each other, fostering a culture of mutual support and growth. Alternatively, look at the impact of female-focused investment networks, which are directing capital towards women-owned businesses and helping to level the playing field in entrepreneurship
A report by Chief, a data-driven firm assessing impact of women executives ascertained that more than 70% of surveyed women have used networking to achieve organizational goals such as winning new business, implementing new frameworks or models, leading successful projects, improving processes, and saving money for their team or organization.
This is evident in Kenya, where a growing movement dedicated to creating opportunities and breaking down barriers for Kenyan women is fueled by grassroots initiatives empowering rural communities and innovative programs fostering female leadership in business and technology.
